How do I report a claim? |

Have your policy number (for vehicle
claim) handy |

number, incident, contact person and location where an
inspection to be carried out |

Once you have keyed all the information required press the
button at the bottom. Once you have sent the notification
you will have the option to download the claim form. |

When you complete the Claim Form you could send it to us
electronically. You may also print it, sign and hand it over to
our representative who will visit your premises to inspect the
loss or you could also hand it over to your agent/broker |

After you notify us the claim you will receive an e-mail
providing your user name and password which will be required by
us when you access your claim status later |
